I can open my Sonio space, but I can’t see any images - why?

In most cases, it simply means your practice hasn’t finished selecting the images to share with you yet. Sometimes, the QR code or link is shared before the images have fully finished uploading or before the selection is complete.

What to do:

  • Contact your healthcare practice and ask them to share (or reshare) the images/videos to your Sonio patient space.
  • If you received a printed QR code, you can also ask the practice to send the link by email instead.
