I didn’t receive the email with my link - what should I do?
If you haven’t received the email, the best next step is to contact your healthcare practice directly.
Sonio provides the secure online space where images and videos are shared, but the email invitation is sent by your practice. We don’t have access to your medical information or your exam images, so we can’t resend the link from our side.
When you contact your practice, ask them to resend your Sonio sharing email and to check your email address in their system.
Tip: If you do receive an email but can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder and search your inbox for “Sonio”.
