View and deactivate users in Sonio

As an admin user, you can now view the full user list, including each person’s account, activity status, and the sites they can access. You can also use the search bar to find any user, sort the list by name or last active status, and deactivate people who are no longer part of your practice.

This gives you more control over your user list directly in Sonio, reducing the need to contact support for routine account changes.

And this is just the first step: you’ll soon be able to create and reactivate users too, we’ll let you know when they’re ready 🚀

Select ICD-10 codes more reliably

You’ll now see more accurate results when searching for ICD-10 codes. We’ve corrected malformed and retired codes in the dictionary, reducing the risk of billing claims being rejected due to invalid or incorrectly formatted codes.⁠⁠

See patient names in a consistent format

You’ll now see patient names displayed as “Last name, First name” throughout Sonio, making them easier to identify at a glance.

Find patients faster

Patient name searches now return results faster. Simply enter three or more characters—you’ll see a clear hint if your search is too short.

Keep your sessions more secure

For security reasons, you’ll now be disconnected 12 hours after logging in—even if your session is still active.
