How to reset your password (non SSO users)

If you are not using Single Sign-On (SSO) to access your account, you can easily reset your password.

 

Note: If you use SSO (e.g., log in via Google, Azure, Okta, etc.), please follow your organization's standard password reset procedure.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Connect to Sonio at https://us.sonio.app/login 

  2. Request a Password Reset Link

  • Enter your email address associated with your account in the login field.

  • Click the "Forgotten Password?" button


  • Request the password reset email

 

A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided by no-reply@sonio.ai



3. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Sonio.

  • Click the password reset link in the email and follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password
