How to Reassign Pregnancy to New Episode

Navigate to the patient page:

Click the 📁 (folder icon) next to the patient’s name on the Dashboard, or
From an unsigned exam, go to Patient's name (top-left corner) and click "Patient Record" 📁 (folder icon) beside their name.

Scroll down to the Summary page where all Examinations are listed...

Reassign exams to the new pregnancy:

Click the three dots icon ( ⠇) next to each exam (right-side) that belongs to the new pregnancy

Select “Associate to another pregnancy”
Choose the new pregnancy (it will typically show today’s date as the creation date)

Set the new pregnancy as the current pregnancy

This step is CRITICAL - without it, new exams will continue attaching to the previous pregnancy

In Sonio, you have the ability to create a new episode of care, meaning a new pregnancy for the patient. If you would like to reassign one, or multiple exams, to a new pregnancy episode, follow these steps below:
