How to contact the Sonio support team?

You can contact Sonio anytime via the provided link or directly through the app to add or remove users, report issues or share feedback and product ideas.  In the app: open the burger menu (top left), select "Contact Sonio", and you'll be redirected to the contact form.

 

You can contact Sonio at any point by submitting a request on through  this link if you: 

  • Would like to add or a remove a Sonio user from your roster
  • Have an issue on the software or cannot access/sign your reports
  • Would like to provide some feedback or give us some new product ideas

The form is also accessible directly from the Sonio app. 

  1. Click on the burger menu on the top left from your Dashboard
  2. Select "contact Sonio" at the botton of the sidebar 
  3. You will be redirected to our contact form!
