How to hide a documented field from the report PDF

Step-by-step: hiding a field

In the Report tab, hover over the field or section you want to hide.
Click the eye icon (visibility toggle). The field stays documented, but it won’t appear in the printed/downloaded PDF.
To unhide it, hover over the hidden field again (you’ll see a grey “hidden” overlay) and click the eye-off icon / overlay to make it visible on the report PDF again.

⚠️ Warning

Hiding is different from clearing/deleting a value. Hiding a field keeps the documented value on the patient’s record, but removes it from the Report PDF.

Common questions / troubleshooting

I do not see the eye icon.

You won’t be able to hide a field when the report is locked or signed.
